  • Step 1: Schedule your free online consultation! Click HERE to find a time/day that works best for you! They last about 20 minutes and I send you over a guide that helps prepare you with the questions I ask and the structure of that meeting. You can also come with your own questions if you have any!

  • Step 2: If we are a good fit to meet your goals, we schedule our therapy sessions! They are flexible to meet your unique schedule! We start with weekly and as we move towards your goals we can decrease that frequency if you’d like.

  • Step 3: The work! I aim to create a supportive and empowering environment to help you feel comfortable and ready to share your thoughts and feelings. We will process at your own pace what has been going on while building up coping tools and resources to help you better navigate your emotions.

  • Step 4: Meet your goals and transition out of therapy! As much as I love working with my clients, I love celebrating their wins and helping them reach their goals. I believe we can get there together!
