Here is a roundup of some resources and information to learn more about trauma. Because trauma impacts everyone differently and everyone is at different places on their journey, please listen to your body while reading these and step away from the material if it is too much. These can be used with a therapist if that feels better to review. This list is not exhaustive and may change over time.
